Choose their standard card and "Use your complete design." After you upload the file, drag the corner to enlarge it, so it fills the space. These cards include a "bleed" meaning the image goes off the card a bit, then cut to 3.5" x 2".

Click their "preview" to make sure it looks right. That's it!
